Award-Winning ZestTea Energy Review ad Giveaway and Savings

Award-Winning ZestTea Energy Review ad Giveaway and Savings

Energy, focus and health is what is rolled together in a can of ZestTea Energy. ZestTea has about 3x the caffeine of normal tea, or about as much caffeine as a regular cup of coffee. Now you can get your energy in sparkling tea cans and also available in Zero Sugar. All of ZestTea’s blends are gluten free. There is a small amount of natural sugar in some of the the blend ingredients like the fruit pieces, but there is no added sugars!

These taste great and I love the packaging. The energy in one of these cans comes from 120mg of natural tea caffeine, the focus comes from 100mg L-Theanine so you don’t get the jitters or have a caffeine crash and the health comes from the zero-added sugars and the non-GMO certified ingredients.

For example, the ingredient list for my favorite flavor, Blood Orange Mango is: Carbonated Water, Organic, Green Tea, Natural Blood Orange Flavor, Natural Mango Flavor, Natural Flavors, Green Tea Extract, Citric Acid, L-Theanine, Stevia Leaf Extract, Non-GMO Certified.

ZestTea also has other caffeinated tea varieties such as tea bags, loose leaf and CBD-infused teas as well as accessories. You can also visit the ZestTea blog to learn so many great facts about tea, such as What is the Best Morning Tea for Energy. They were even named the Best New Product at the World Tea Expo May 2015 and they have been growing and adding more ever since.

What to Bring to a Food Truck Festival

What to Bring to a Food Truck Festival

Summer is a great time to get outside and have some fun. The last year has been difficult, and you probably haven’t been able to get out to any type of festival for a long time. But now that things are getting back to normal, you probably want to attend many summer outings.

A good food truck festival is a great place to start. It is good to be prepared for what you might encounter when venturing out. There are several things to consider as you plan a day or two sampling great food out in the world.

Comfortable Shoes

Food truck festivals usually require a lot of walking. The trucks can’t be too close together, so they don’t create such a big crowd that you can’t get to the trucks themselves, and so the lines don’t get confusing. This means the festival is usually spread over a few blocks that you’ll have to walk to get to everything. They aren’t always on paved walkways, so you may be treading through grass and mud to get to the trucks.

Your best option for footwear is either comfortable tennis shoes or boots. Sandals generally are not comfortable for long periods of time and run the risk of allowing your feet to be eaten up by bugs or get messy in the mud. When you are planning your day, check the weather and look at the festival setting to know what kind of terrain you’re dealing with so that you can pick accordingly.

Backpack

Backpacks are a great way to carry around everything you’ll need throughout the day. Remember, this is a festival. You’ll need a few necessities such as sunscreen, bottles of water, and even a change of clothes in case you get messy. A backpack is a great way to keep all your stuff safe and leave your hands free.

There are several types of backpacks out there, and you should pick one that best suits your needs. For a food truck festival, a traditional backpack, sling bag, or knapsack might be the best option to keep your hands free and comfortable. It can also add a fun element to your overall look.

Sunglasses

You’ll proabably be outside for a while, meaning you must protect your eyes at all times. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays leads to an increase in the risk of eye disease. Your sunglasses protect your eyes from harmful rays. There are also issues of glare from the sun bouncing off the trucks. It could cause you to be unable to see where you are going, run into another person, or trip and hurt yourself.

Oakley sunglasses protect the eyes and look stylish. Find sunglasses that fit your style and will also stay put throughout the day. You might want to stock up on multiple pairs, so you’re never without sunglasses.

Cash

Many food trucks only accept cash, so you need to be prepared for that possibility. Make sure you pull cash beforehand because there may not be an ATM available near the festival. Cash can also be good to tip the vendors.

Cash is also an excellent way to set your budget for the day. If you have a set amount you want to spend, taking that amount of cash can help you stick to that budget. Once you are out of cash, you are done spending money for the day. This also helps you buy only the things you are truly interested in trying, making your day more enjoyable.

Folding Chairs

Typically you can check out a festival site ahead of time online to see if there will be benches or tables. However, even if there are benches in the area, if the festival is busy, you might not be able to find a place to sit and enjoy your food. Having your own folding chair can be very helpful in that instance.

Camping chairs are lightweight and easier to carry around. There are several different styles you can choose from, including some that will fold up small enough to fit in your backpack. This ensures you’ll never be without a seat.

Remember to Have Fun

A food truck festival is all about having fun and trying new foods. The planning for the day is meant to make things less stressful and ensure you have everything you need throughout the day. So once you have the essentials packed, just enjoy the day with good food and good company.

The Guide To Buying Baby Clothes As A First Time Mom

Buying Baby Clothes
The Guide To Buying Baby Clothes As A First Time Mom

Clothes are an essential part of a baby’s life. Some are meant for warmth, while others have other functions, such as helping put the diaper in place. Without proper research, first-time moms can get confused with all the baby clothes in the market.

Buying baby clothes as a first-time mom is like going to another planet. There is a whole set of new names and things that you do not recognize. When you think about it, this can be stressful. But there is no need to fear. This article will guide you on what you need to know before shopping for your little champ.

What If You Are On A Budget?

Honestly, most people are on a budget. Babies need more than just clothes that can cost you a pretty penny, but they are worth it? The good thing is that you can still buy good clothes even when you are on a budget. Whether you prefer online shopping from brands like Turtledove baby clothes or physical shopping, it is vital to know some great money-saving tips. Some of your clothes should be gender-neutral in case you get another child. Another counterintuitive way of saving is buying high-quality, pricier clothes to ensure the clothes are still intact for a future child.

What If You Still Do Not Know The Gender Of Your Unborn Baby?

Some people do not want to know the sex of their baby until they are born. If you are like this, it is okay. However, it would be best if you still came prepared with clothes to the hospital. At least have clothes that will last your baby for the next one month. But how do you make the best choice when buying baby clothes? Luckily, there are a lot of unisex baby clothes in the market. Another thing to remember is that not every boy wears blue, and not every girl is a pink girl. You can choose any color you want for your child.

Baby Clothes In The Market

As a new mom, it’s not a surprise when you get too excited and end up buying too many clothes that the baby won’t wear. One reason is they might be for the wrong season. Secondly, you might choose too many garments of the same type.

It is essential to know every kind of baby clothes by learning their names and the amount needed. Do not get worried because the terminology is straightforward, and you will get used to it. Here are some of the baby clothes in the market;

The Basic Baby Clothes You Need

  • snap-crotch bodysuits/onesies(7 or more)
  • side-snap shirts and/or T-shirts(3-4)
  • snap-up rompers (7 or more)
  • pajamas or sleeping gowns(7 pairs)
  • shirt-and-pant sets (several)
  • Sun hat
  • Socks or booties(6 pairs)
  • Baby hangers
  • Snowsuit or bunting during the cold seasons
  • Cardigan sweater
  • Cold-weather hat

Others

  • Diapers cover(several)
  • Special outfit(1 or more)
  • Sleepsack

Number OF Baby Clothes To Buy

The numbers given above are a rough estimate of what you will need. However, it would help if you put into consideration several factors such as;

Baby Clothes Needed In Each Size

Babies grow very fast. By the time you blink once or twice, they have already outgrown those cute pajamas. Ensure that in the first three months, you can buy clothes with sizes 12 to 13 lbs. For tiny newborns, an 8 lbs size cloth will fit your baby perfectly.

With this guide, you can go into the baby clothes world and buy clothes for your little angel. Now that you know different terminologies, you will not seem like a newbie at this. However, there is no shame in asking what you do not understand.

Signs of an Eating Disorder to Look Out For

Eating disorders can happen to anyone. It can be so deceptive that it’s possible you don’t notice it affecting your close family and friends already. There are, however, certain warning signs that can tip you off if someone close to you may be in danger of suffering from it.

Knowing the signs is just one part of the battle, though. What you do with the information you get is what’s going to be more crucial. You can refer to a rehab facility like Ocean Recovery (http://oceansrecovery.com/) for them to consider getting help from. If the situation is much more dire, you can also consider staging an intervention to help them get back on track to wellness.

Meanwhile, here are some of the signs of an eating disorder you should look out for. Do note, though, that you don’t necessarily need to wait for all signs to show before you take action. Eating disorders may manifest differently from person to person, so it may show in several different ways or just a few couple ones.

Behavioral Signs

The foremost telling signs of an eating disorder is one’s attitude towards food. You may notice a certain discomfort or awkwardness during meal times, or they may keep making excuses to skip out on it.

They may also refuse to eat certain types of foods on account of perceived negative effects on their body, specifically their weight. There is this seemingly obsessive need to hit and maintain a specific target weight, which is usually way below what is considered to be what is in the healthy range.

Keep in mind, too, that those suffering from eating disorders would go to great lengths to try and keep their condition a secret. Therefore, it’s possible that they will appear to eat like normal along with everyone else, but then proceed to purge as soon as they are left on their own.

Psychological Symptoms

This obsession to maintain a certain weight, unhealthy though it may be, may be rooted in this distorted view of their body. To their eyes, they are flawed and maybe even unworthy to be loved because they do not fit the perceived standards of beauty in society.

Because of this extreme dissatisfaction with their physical appearance, they may suffer from depression and anxiety. Mood swings become frequent and drastic too, which may result in isolation and withdrawal from friends. They may also lose interest in activities that are used to keep them interested and productive.

Physical Symptoms

Even with the most intense denial, it’s going to be virtually impossible for them to hide the physical symptoms of their eating disorder. There’s going to be a very obvious fluctuation in weight quite often. Because they are not getting the sufficient nutrition they need, it’s also likely that they would be very susceptible to fainting spells and dizziness.

They may also appear sluggish and weak, because they’re not getting enough sleep, and may complain a lot about feeling cold.

Eating disorders can also be spotted with a sudden onset of dental issues, such as teeth discoloration, enamel erosion, and dental sensitivity. For those who induce vomiting, their fingers joints may have cuts and calluses.

Other physical symptoms include dry hair and skin, brittle nails, mottled hands or swollen feet, and yellow skin.
