He Calls Me Daughter On Angel TV + Giveaway

He. Calls Me Daughter on Angel

What happens when the one meant to protect you is the one who hurt you? What if you never knew your Father or if your Father was absent or uninterested? That creates some deep wounds that are carried into adulthood. There are ways to come to a place where you realize that forgiveness is not weakness, it is freedom. The “father wound” shapes how daughters see themselves, love others, and relate to God.
This film brings language and clarity to that pain, while offering hope for healing.

About He Calls Me daughter

He Calls Me Daughter is a deeply personal and emotionally powerful film that explores what it means to carry a father wound and what it takes to heal from it. Through raw storytelling and spiritual insight, the film reveals how unmet needs from an earthly father can shape identity, relationships, and self-worth. But it also offers a path forward. One rooted in the love of a Heavenly Father who restores, redeems, and redefines what it means to be a daughter.

This is not just a story about pain. It is a story about healing, forgiveness, and identity.

Watch He Calls Me Daughter now on Angel and experience a story of healing, identity, and
restoration.

Still Hope Movie Review & Giveaway

Whether you suffer in the bondage of being a victim to human trafficking, kidnapping or violence, you know that “freedom is just the beginning”. If you are one of the lucky survivors, you understand this quote. Escaping a dangerous situation takes courage and you do not feel free when you have live as if you are being hunted, or haunted. As a domestic violence survivor who escaped 21 years ago, I still feel so much in this movie. Hope finds herself trafficked and it happened so fast. The escape was dangerous and then she had to fit back into family and life. It is not easy. I am glad that this film shares that!

There are so many gentle messages in this film. Leaving takes courage. She left because someone saw her struggling and stepped up. Lesson One – pay attention to others and lean in when someone appears to be struggling (it is amazing how many people look the other way). When you are out, it is not as if you look into the rearview mirror and watch that old situation get further and further behind you, only to see sunshine ahead. That is not a realistic ending. Escaping means someone is looking for you or has told you bad things will happen and your nervous system is waiting for the next beating or violence. It is so hard to break free from them – freedom is just the beginning. Lesson two – these victims need to give themselves grace and need your grace too. Human trafficking, abusers and kidnapping is real and all around. Talk to your children and take the precautions to protect them. It is easier to do so in a digital age = Lesson Three!
