Now that you are done with dessert…have a lollipop! But, now as bagels grow up into flavors like the Everything Bagel and I even saw some Pizza flavor bagels on the store shelf recently, so too is Philadelphia cream cheeses growing up. Philadelphia Cheesecake Cups are such a fantastic dessert. When you peel off the lid you get a 2 section cup with cheesecake in one section and flavors such as milk chocolate sauce, strawberries, cherries and salted caramel sauce in the other. Mix them and stir for a rich cheesecake dessert. The best part is that there are no artificial flavors or dyes.

As a Premier Protein Ambassador I want to share what I have experienced and learned as I share this fantastic brand with others. There are many protein shakes, powders and bars out there. Many are loaded with unhealthy preservatives and sugars. Once you take the time to understand the best preservatives and sweeteners you narrow down the best choice brands by a lot. Then you can look at value and flavors. Premier Protein offers plenty of both without artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.

I do not have a large stomach for big meals so I find that I cannot consume an entire bar in one meal. I want the full amount of protein recommended to start my day so I now drink 1/2 shake and eat 1/2 a bar at breakfast and save the other halves for the next day. That is my breakfast regimen with Premier Protein bars and shakes. These go on sale often at my Costco so I stock up when they are on special every couple of months.

I find myself out of time and sometimes ingredients to make large shakes. This is why I like the pre-made ones I mentioned for breakfast. So, with my Premier Protein powders I make these energy bites once a week and my family will grab one or two throughout the day for a snack. It literally takes me 10 minutes to whip these up and no baking is required. I refrigerate them on a sheet for about 30 minutes then put in an air tight container for storage. We love them!

Pokemon DIY Party Favors featuring Palmers Candy – Giveaway

With a child turning 9 in a few weeks he is requesting a Pokemon party. It is hard to find the Pokemon theme in stores so I have had to resort to some DIY. He is having his party at a Trampoline Park so I just need a cake and some party favors.

I went to Amazon and found some inexpensive bulk Pokemon Cards and Pokemon Figures as well as food cups. I used yellow and green construction paper I had and my glue gun. Then I used R.M. Palmer confections from their new e-commerce store.

I used the construction paper because filling the cups with just candy seemed ordinary so I created a sort of base, like grass.

R.M. Palmer candies like caramel balls, peanut butter cups and peppermint patties are now available in bulk with fun colors for all of your celebrations and gatherings. I used some common Pokemon colors like red, blue, yellow and white.

It was easier to empty all of the candy in one large bowl and mix. This way as I grab a handful for each cup it was assorted. Watch for little hands sneaking into the bowl.

I stuck a Pokemon card inside facing out. The top was a yellow paper glued on and then a Pokemon figure hot glued to stay.
