Tailgaters and Grill Masters, this post is for you! Meat District has pre-seasoned meats that you can use to create so many dishes from burgers, tacos, meatballs and more. The patties are made with different blends of protein, including bison, wagyu beef, Angus beef brisket, short rib, tri tip and chuck. The wings are seasoned beautifully. They are my go-to smoker recipes when I need a quick and easy meal.

The Seahwaks lost tonights game, but it’s OK. I grabbed some Meat District wings and Angus Chuck beef patties with bacon & cheddar for dinner. Any meat with added bacon makes a sad game better. I threw the wings on my smoker with Cherry pellets at 375. 10 minutes later I added the burger patties. Cooked about another 30 minutes and dinner is done.

Tonight we did the Buffalo chicken wings with a mango habanero seasoning and for those who do not do spicy in my home, I also added some beer brined wings to the smoker.

So many brands are listening! We want snacks that taste great but aren’t loaded with sugars and other harmful ingredients. Brands like SkinnyMe want us to know we can still indulge and do it in a better way without compromising taste. The macros is what I love about SkinnyMe besides their incredible flavors that make these chocolates unique. Flavors like Birthday Cake and Banana Split are not typical from other sugar free chocolate brands.

More than just a chocolate bar, it is a chocolatier bar that has the flavors really come out in the aftertaste of that first bite. They are sweetened with stevia leaf and offer about 50 calories a serving. Because these chocolates are rich, one serving gives plenty of satisfaction. They are a great zero sugar, Keto snack.

The ingredient list is clean. I do not know what the Natural Flavors are and they, but at the bottom of the ingredient list and based on the other ingredients it is obviously a fantastic choice for a better chocolate brand by far! I was introduced to a very convenient keto snack that is vegan and loaded with gluten-free fiber. Ella’s Flats are an all-seed snack that are great when on-the-go or with dips and cheeses or just by themselves. With multiple flavors, seed crisps have never had such great flavor!

Look at the ingredient list! Nothing but seeds and some spices, that’s it! I love such a clean nutrition label and these are the snacks I am always looking for in my day. Because they are loaded with seeds, they also offer great Omega benefits along with the fiber and little to 0 carbs. The Everything Flats have the most carbs at 4g net per serving. Other flavors have as low as 0g net carbs. I love this!
