With the digital era, I still use planners and wall calendars to stay organized. For years I use planners for this blog and I have tried to switch to online scheduling, but I always gravitate to my planner. For 2020 I am using the Flow Calendar from Workman’s 2020 calendars.
When I first started planning I looked for the fancy covers and large pages with all sorts of different tasks. When I realize I only really used the monthly view and weekly view and not lists, contacts, etc. I could simplify the style that works best for me. The Flow planner has everything I use.
Then the other constant planning tool I use is sticky notes. Not only do we use them at work to communicate in our state books for the school kitchens, I use them within my planner for eye catching notices and reminders. I love the Flow Tiny Pleasures sticky notes book with fun images.
When I use sticky notes to talk work, at least the images bring a smile much better then a yellow square with a note.
Then there are calendars that match friends and relatives personalities for gifts. Our 11 year old is very witty and loves telling jokes. He needs a new supply of jokes so he is getting the Jokes and Puns Page-A-Day Calendar. Every page has a new joke and I will perhaps regret this?!!
Then we can’t forget about my Mom’s second grade classroom! I always pick a little something up she can use with the kids at the Holidays and this year they will be gifted the Magical Activity Calendar. This calendar has jokes, activities, stickers and posters.
You’ll find calendars, planners and more as gifts or to replenish your own organizing needs this year with Workman’s calendars.
