This is a promotional post for the PuckOven
I am excited to show you my new kitchen love! This PuckOven is the Wolfgang Pressure Oven that could just about replace every cooking appliance I have. It is an oven, a toaster, a roaster, a microwave (in warming mode) and a pressure cooker. It is stainless steel to match my other appliances and is controlled with just 3 knobs. You can use any oven-safe cookware or bakeware in it and the vent lid up top allows for proper heat distribution and safe venting when cooking with the pressure setting on.
I have used this oven to bake brownies, cook taquitos and even steamed pot stickers. The top knob is your temperature control, the middle knob is your settings-bake, toaster, warm, broil or roast and the bottom knob is your timer. Whether you are roasting a whole chicken or baking cookies, you can do it all in the PuckOven and it does not heat your entire house like an oven does on a hot day. The unit can get a bit warm, but it does not radiate which I love on these summer nights. The pressure setting is in the door. If you want to pressure cook which is essentially baking or roasting on a different level, you would set your settings accordingly with the knobs and instead of closing the door and setting the vent lid to vent, you would use the lever to pressure shut the door and set the vent lid to seal. Once done, you would turn the vent lid to vent the open the door when the steam has vented and it is safe to do so. To pressure cook mode could be the difference in 60-120 minutes in cooking time for your dishes.
