You can bring the dentist to your bathroom thanks to the new Waterpik Water Flosser Electric Dental Countertop Professional. Perhaps you hate the task of flossing, maybe you have someone in braces in your home, gingivitis makes your gums sensitive, you have implants or children that hate you flossing with string.
Now you have a more effective way to maintain your teeth and gums and floss the same way your dentist does at your visit. I know I love the way my teeth feel after a dentist visit cleaning and the Waterpik Aquarius allows you this same technique at a pressure and water speed of your choosing.

My Thoughts I have a variety of ages and dental issues in my home. This Waterpik unit can be shared by everyone because the different tips are meant for different dental tasks. My 5 year old hates the string floss. I love that there are 10 water pressure choices because I can set it at the lowest for him and have him lean over the sink and he enjoys the water pressure floss so much better. The water gets to places string floss cannot such as below the gum line.
My teen has braces and the orthodontic tip is small and gets in between the braces effectively. This unit is a must for braces! It is clinically proven to be 3X more effective on braces than traditional string floss. I have very sensitive gums and battle with gingivitis off and on. String floss is very rough on my gums and I have not had the sensitivity using the Waterpik.
I love the hand control as well. It allows you to control the water from the hand unit. To not have this option could become a real mess. The first time you use this you have to prime it which takes seconds is all. I accidentally primed it then used it without changing the water pressure. Since priming requires the highest setting I about gave myself a fat lip using the floss tip this high. My son has never laughed so hard. It does recommend you start at the lowest setting then adjust up from there. With my young son I have it at the very lowest to just a setting or 2 higher. I have sensitive gums so I am only a tad higher than him on water pressure level. Once you put the orthodontic or brush tip on, I can turn it up a tad more. This unit can be used with or without toothpaste. I use it with out of habit and for the fresh taste. This really is an all-inclusive unit that leaves my teeth feeling like I just stepped out of a dentist office. I cannot believe I thought my teeth were effectively clean using manual products before now!
