Seattle #Seahwaks Stadium Food: Behind the Scenes at #CenturyLinkField

What a football season our Seattle Seahawks gave us in 2013/14! When playoffs hit they worked hard to step up their game. Afterwards the sportsmanship and a role well played by the leader, Russell Wilson drove them to win the Super Bowl. Game day at a stadium is more than players and a ball, it is about food and fun as well! As the Seahawks team played hard to bring us some good football, Delaware North stepped up to bring us some tasty stadium foods featuring Seattle favorite ingredients! We are huge Seattle sports fans and I have attended many Seahawks and Sounders games and I have never come across the name, Delaware North! However, I have had some good food at the games. They are one of the largest sports food distributers today and are the name behind some of those foods you can enjoy in the stadiums.
The game opener against the Green Bay Packers will bring fans some fun creations that the chefs have put together to bring Seahawks pride to your stadium meal! These new menu additions will be available at Century Link field for the entire 2014/2015 season! Take a look…
Seattle Crab Fries

What says ‘Seattle’ more than seafood! These waffle cut fries are topped with a creamy crab cheese sauce. A fun snack sure to fill you up…or leave you wanting more!
Hawk Dog

Would you give it any other name? This 24″ dog is topped with chipotle cheese sauce, Pico De Gallo, diced red peppers, diced jalapenos, sour cream and guacamole. With all of these ingredients, you would want a little crunch, right? So they added blue & green tortilla strips!
Champion Chip Hawk Nacho

I don’t even care what the ingredients are, I’d dig in anyway! They use the blue & green chips and top them with chipotle cheese sauce, pollo verde or ground beef, black beans, cotija cheese, diced green chilies, sliced jalpenos, sliced black olives, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and banana pepper rings. Somewhere under all of that is a bowl to hold it all together!
