I was recently sent a bottle of Pompeian Grapeseed Oil Cooking Spray for review. Besides preserving your foods natural flavors, it reduces the absorption of food. It has a high smoke point so you can use the spray on every one of you baking and cooking needs. I first used this in my boys’ favorite side dish-our Cornbread Casserole (recipe below). It is important to not have the corn become stuck to the sides and bottom of the baking dish because when baked properly you get a nice breading all the way around. Now I messed up because I served this when my Sister and her husband came over for dinner las weekend and totally forgot to take a finished photo! Trust me-it was gone! No chance for a photo after the fact. This is no guilt-free recipe, but I do make this fro time to time as a side dish the go for a run afterwards!
