Look what protein option you now have at Qdoba! It is their fire-roasted shrimp option. They cook it in the main, viewable kitchen over flame and add the same bold flavors you can experienced in other menu items. Their ingredients are fresh and the flavors are chef-inspired.

Pre-Made Shrimp Options (or you can choose it for make-your-own menu)

Surf & Turf Burrito Bowl – Fire-Roasted Shrimp is accompanied by juicy grilled steak on a bed of cilantro lime rice, black beans, crunchy lettuce, pico de gallo, and freshly-made chimichurri sauce.

Tropical Shrimp Taco – Topped on a warm tortilla, Fire-Roasted Shrimp is perfectly combined with creamy avocado salsa, house-made pineapple pico, lettuce and a sprinkle of cotija cheese.

Fire-Roasted Shrimp Salad – Zesty Fire-Roasted Shrimp is mixed with pineapple pico and hand-smashed guacamole piled h

Have you also tried their guacamole? Did you know they hand-smash it daily. It is truly that fresh! Their pico de gallo is a favorite of mine and also made fresh. The shrimp is a great choice as I am starting to see seafood as a more plentiful option at other food establishments. I love that they don’t up-charge the shrimp. It is just blended in as an option the same price as their smoked brisket, pulled pork and grilled steak.

But wait! Although there is no protein option you can’t have a Qdoba meal without their side of Queso and chips. These will always be my favorite chips.
