This is a sponsored post as I am a Best Buy Blogger. I was compensated for my time
Today was such a fun day for a 6 year old boy! It is Sunday and the Seahawks don’t play until the afternoon so we had a few morning and afternoon hours to kill so we headed to Best Buy’s Intel Experience before lunch. For a 6 year old lost in a world of computers and how things work, he was enamored. We built a 3-D robot, played DJ and drove a Rover on Mars. What Intel has brought into local Best Buys is so fascinating.
There are 50 Best Buy’s nationwide who offer this Intel Experience and you can find a location near you at www.bestbuy.com/intel. You will explore just how Intel technology works. If your child (or you) like to take things apart to see how they work, Intel offers technology that makes anything possible. You get to play, feel and see just how Intel accomplishes this. Did you know that the powerful Intel processor is about the size of a half a stick of gum? All that technology inside a small chip. You can learn more inside the Intel Experience.
Intel technology also makes 3-D imaging become a reality. Design your own 3-D robot and if you ask, you may even be able to print him or her. You can move and customize your robot by the simple touch of the screen.
Have you ever wanted to drive a Rover around Mars? Sure you have! Just pick up and play with the Intel tablets as you aim your tablet at the Mars display and drive around trying to avoid asteroids! It uses the camera lens for real time play. Learn more about this Augmented Technology at the Intel Experience.
OK music fans! Want to re-mix a Ne-Yo song with your hands? You can do that too at the Intel Experience at Best Buy.
You can now take what you read and hear about technology and learn more with a hands on experience in this 240 square feet of technology wonder. Look for the specially-trained staff in their blue shirts who will help answer all of your questions.
