Intermittent fasting isn’t what Always Eat After 7PM is all about, but it is a large part to starting your day. I also began trying a few recipes and this Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet was a hit with everyone in my house. I don’t have my tween on a diet, of course, but he loved this dish so it works for everyone. The book helps out by providing several recipes that keep me within my carbs/fat/protein counts for the day.
