Until I was sent some Mange Fresh Fruit Vinegars, I had never thought to cook with a fruit vinegar. My first thought was what I would use these for. I was sent the Mango and Passion Fruit flavors so I thought I could use these as a marinade or in a salad. A fruit salad sounded best and in the recipe section of the Fresh Fruit Vinegars website, I found a simple recipe using both of my flavors. So I made this Passion Fruit Salad usinng equal parts of each vinegar and tossed it with fruit & nuts and it was delicious and healthy as there is no creamy dressings loaded with salts and carbs. Just fresh fruit and flavored vinegars.
