Green Coffee Bean Extract: 90 Days Later

For the past few months, I have been supplementing myself with Green Coffee Bean Extract by Creative Bio Science. I have done a few changes at the first of the year, but for the first 30 days, I was taking the supplement without changing my normal routine. I had no fitness routine and was heading into the Holidays and all the eating that comes with it. I had started the process of looking for the right fitness program for me and knew that as soon as I got through the Holidays I would need to start. In the meantime, why not take this supplement as directed and see what happens. It was hard to wrap around how a product will work when I already eat pretty healthy, but have so many cheat days coming with Thanksgiving & Christmas ahead. How will I know if it truly is working?

I started by wondering how this supplement will digest. I am not on any vitamin regimen and usually supplements tend to upset my stomach. The directions say to take twice a day 30 minutes before a meal. That really had me wondering how this would digest. I would keep a bottle i my bathroom so I remembered first thing in the morning with my shower, etc… because I never eat when I get up. I am usually eating right as I leave the house or make some oatmeal when I get to the office. Taking it at shower timed it about right. At night, I took it when I got home, by the time dinner was ready, it was perfect timing. Not only did I never have any upset stomach, I actually got better at eating breakfast which is something I am really bad at. I really have done a great job making sure I at least get some oatmeal or a granola bar down me in the morning.
After the first of the year, I started the Peak Fitness program and am now 3 weeks into it. Looking back I noticed 2 things about taking the Green Coffee Bean extract. First, I went through the entire Holidays and did not gain a pound! I weighed exactly the same January 1st as I did in November when I started taking this supplement. I usually start off the first of the year unhappily about 2 pounds heavier after parties and the high sweets and food intake. I am happy about what this upplememt has helped me achieve so far and combined with my Peak Fitness program after 3 weeks. I am 1 inch lighter in my waist, have better muscle tone and 2 pounds lighter!

  1. i dont take regular vitamins and supplement although it is advisable for our age… hopefully i'll continue taking fish oil. never heard of that vitamins you mentioned though
