What is for Dinner in your home tonight? See our dish we had last night! These burgers were thick and my boys devoured them!

Take 1 1/2 to 2 pounds of Ground beef thawed and mix with (I am not a measurer) about 1 tsp of Worchestire Sauce, 1/4 tsp S&P, 1 tsp fresh Parsley or Basil works good as well. Form into 8 balls for 4 burgers (scale that to your needs) Flatten into patties. On half of the patties add reduced-fat crumbled feta and chopped green onions (can also add some minced garlic). Top with other patty and pinch edges to seal.
Grill on medium heat or oven bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remember when oven grilling to have patties on an oven or bakers rack elevated over a lined baking sheet. There should be at least 1 inch height between sheet and rack so burgers are heated evenly. Turn once half way through cooking.
Heat buns last few minutes of burger cook time and enjoy a creamy feta-stuffed green onion burger!
