Vitamin Shoppe Fall

The flavors of fall are my favorite-pumpkin, apple and roasted cinnamon. The fragrances of these flavors will fill your home from the smell of pies, cookies baking and cinnamon as a favorite spice. Better, yet, there are nutritious options you can stock up on at the Vitamin Shoppe.

One of our favorites is the Mighty Muffin Mixes from flapJacked. These give you delicious and moist muffins in 45 seconds. All you do is add water to the mix, stir and microwave. My son is 8 and can make these all by himself as a treat. With flavors like Apple Cinnamon and Carrot Spice you can have your morning muffin or protein pancakes-they add probiotics and has 20 grams of protein to start your day.

The Complete Cookies are another favorite. They come in flavors such as Pumpkin, Snickerdoodle and Coconut Chocolate. These cookies are kosher and vegan. No Sugar Alcohols, No Egg, No High Fructose Corn Syrup, No Cholesterol, Nothing Artificial, No Trans Fat, No Dairy, Non GMO

Whether you need protein supplement or other health care products and supplements, The Vitamin Shoppe has you covered with plenty of education available to help you make the best choices for your nutritional needs.

So head on over to the Vitamin Shoppe and find some fall favorite flavors to enjoy. Website | Facebook | Twitter

The Mighty Muffin sounds amazing. I’d love to try them except I know nothing about what I need or how much might be too much. I’m heading over to The Vitamin Shoppe to see what I can learn.

I love anything pumpkin–and as I have said before-I am the original cookie monster. The pumpkin spice complete cookie sounds good to me!
