Having food products in my kitchen that make my mealtimes quick, but healthy is important to me. Between sports, PTA, work and busy weekends I need quick meals. I also want to make sure my meals are healthy and made with as many natural and raw ingredients as possible. I don’t settle for unhealthy food no matter how little time I have. The way I can accomplish this is to plan ahead or find brands that offer natural and nutrient rich meal helpers like CleverFoodies Scramble varieties.

Mediterranean Egg & Cheese Sandwich Recipe
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp of CleverFoodies Scramble Mediterranean
- 1 slice of cheese-any variety. I used colby jack thin slice cheese
- 2 slices of bread
Heat skillet to medium heat and add the scramble. Crack egg over top of the scramble after making a small well and cook covered on Med-Low for about 2-3 minutes until egg bottom is cooked. Flip entire contents with egg and heat additional 1-2 minutes covered. Meanwhile butter your toast mildly and add cheese. Top with egg/scramble mix. *Recipe amounts above make 1 sandwich.
