This is a Promotional post for Dr Praeger’s Sensible Foods

With a house of boys, fish and starch is the most requested food types at dinner. I wish I could say that I stay home all day and create all fresh meals by hand, but even as a SAHM there is not that sort of time in my day! I need options that are quick and can perhaps fill the kids on a night I am not eating with them for one reason or another such as that rare date night we get! When I am in the frozen aisle trying to find healthy foods, it is nearly impossible. Why? Because I am educated on how to read a label and once you have that knowledge you realize how many foods in freezers and shelves at your store are not the healthy it tries to claim overall. I actually try to avoid frozen foods made from soy or corn. I like to lessen the gluten as much as possible and I don’t want preservatives in my families meals! Dr Praeger’s Sensible Foods is always a favorite choice of mine and the kids love the varieties as well. Recently we had a few varieties of their fish products to try and they are a hit!
Look for the Dr Praeger’s Rice Crusted Fish products in your local grocer freezer. Dr Praeger’s Sensible Foods recently received gluten-free certification from the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG). This gives them the gold standard seal of approval by this non-profit recognized group.
