These are so quick and easy to make, you can do ahead and keep on ice for a potluck or work lunch! This recipe makes 3 large and very stuffed wraps! You can cut these in thirds or halves if serving for a potluck.. Place on frozen lettuce leaves to keep cool and looks festive if siting out a bit.
