Cook foods safely in the Kyocera Nonstick Wok

Nonstick pans have been a popular feature, but with that came safety concerns. Many of these pans used a Perfluorooctanoic acid or PFOA as coating on these pans. This proved to be harmful to humans. Many times the chemical was found when the pan was heated to high temperatures which is a huge concern in a pan meant to be heated at high temperatures such as the woks and frying pans. It was a shame because the idea of nonstick worked well with many recipes. Today, many types of pans and woks are PFOA-free, PTFE-free, Cadmium-free and still offer the nonstick feature like the Kyocera Ceramic Coated Non-stick wok. 
Kyocera makes such nonstick pans and this 12.5″ Wok as it is ceramic coated. The woks are great for stir fry recipes as well as braising, deep pan frying and roasting. The bottom is flat and the sides are high for the best food containment. The wok has an ergonomically shaped handle allows for a comfortable grip and the lid is tempered glass so you can see your food when sealed. The ceramic coating leaves a safe non-stick and easy to clean surface that is scratch resistant. The base is stainless steel with a heavy gauge aluminum clad that allows for fast and even cooking.
