Afternoon Coffee Breaks with the NEW KIND Nuts & Spices Flavors #kindawesome

“I never crave a 3pm snack break” said no one EVER! I always look for the afternoon pick me up. I typically enjoy 1 cup of coffee in the morning and then crave 1 more in the afternoon. It is that 3pm coffee break I get to enjoy especially on school days as it is just before my son lands in off the bus! Sitting at my table and looking out into the greenbelt is my calm time. Realistically, it lasts about 5 minutes before I jump up because I suddenly realize I forgot to switch a load of laundry or get that snack ready for my son. But, it is the idea of a coffee break and if even for a moment that lets me start round 2 of my day!
I am not a junk food eater-I do not like to grab chips or greasy snacks to eat so I love that there are satisfying bars that are not loaded down with sugar available and my favorite variety is the KIND snack bars. My husband grabs one every morning on his way out the door and I enjoy mine in the afternoon. A low-sugar bar that tastes good too! I like bars because they are filling enough to be satisfied, but won’t ruin that evening dinner appetite.
I was so excited to hear that KIND snack bars has new flavors! They have added 2 new delicious flavors: Caramel Almond & Sea Salt as well as Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond to their line of Nuts & Spices bars. KIND bars have no artificial ingredients and are only 5 grams or less of sugar! I was sent these samples, but I am serious when I say KIND snack bars are our favorite! Getting these samples is just a bonus! Both of these bars contain 7g of fiber, 6g of protein and 5g of sugar. My protein for the day works with about 17-20g of protein in the am for breakfast so that I am starting my day off with natural energy and my metabolism starts working in a way that curbs my frequent cravings. Then as my metabolism starts winding down mid-day, I feed it about 6-9g of more protein then have about 7-9 g of protein for dinner. This ratio stops me from having the urge to snack all day. The right amounts of protein at the right times of day will hugely benefit you in that way!
When you have that 3pm craving and need something satisfying without the high-sugar content, think KIND snack bars
