I was recently sent a box of Woolzies to review and I don’t think I will ever need a dryer sheet or softeners again. Sure, dryer sheets or fabric softeners smell better, but I am all about conserving energy whenever possible and all means of measuring I could think of, the Whoolzie dryer balls do cut down on dry time as they state they do. I have tested a few loads of equal items and my dryer automatically calculated dry times and it seems to be a difference up to 15 minutes in some loads. And they are all natural as well as as energy conservative- Got to love that!
Your Woolzies box contains 6 100% Pure Handmade New Zealand Wool Balls. You just put ALL 6 balls in your dryer and keep the there. They last for 1,000 loads. No chemicals are added, they are PVC free and I have not had them fall apart on me at all! They are made to also help prevent static and wrinkles. They are hypo-allergenic and do not shed for the safety of those with wool allergies.
Woolzies cost $35 a box (they offer free shipping within the U.S & $6.95 shipping worldwide). So lets break that down shall we? Dryer sheets cost about $6 for 100 loads…that is about $60 for 1000 loads compared to the $35 for Woolzies. AND once you add fabric softener, that $60 turns into about $40 for 1,000 additional! If you do like the smell of fabric softeners, then Naturally Downy offers you a chemical free softener you can add to the wash then use Woolzies for the drying.
Not only does Woolzies save you money-you help the environment and keep chemicals away from your family!
