Just Move means just that: MOVE!
Maybe you have bad knees, sore back, no time, excuses, excuses…. if you can reach over or down to pick up a remote or get to the fridge to grab a soda, you can move!
- Do Short Walks…park the Car a distance from the store door, walk around the block. Wake up 10 minutes early and find an article or DVD quick workout. Take a few moments of your lunch break and find a walking routine. You can find the time to MOVE!
- You don’t need 1+ hours at a Gym at 6pm at night! Find just 10 minutes a day to stretch, walk, flex. Starting with small steps is so much more visual and you will find yourself working up from there. Star with 10 minutes a day and MOVE!
- Combine time with Kids with exercise. Take them on a neighborhood Nature walk, play ball, play tag. get you and the kids to MOVE!
Hey, 10 minutes is better than 0 minutes!
