thinkThin Lean Protein & Fiber Bars
If you have been on a weigh loss plan or even if you have just wanted to eat healthy, you know that one of the best on-the-go foods that can curb our appetite and offer goodness packed into a snack is a bar. When you look for meal replacements or are working on portion control, a meal or nutrition bar is a great meal replacement if you add a piece of fruit or veggies as well. The key is a bar that offers a high quality source of protein without added fillers or artificial ingredients. How do you know what bars are offering the best nutrition? If you shop the fruit snack/granola bar section at the food store, you are not getting the best ingredients from the majority of what is on those shelves. Instead, head to the supplement section and find the nutrition bars there. If you think about it, the bars on the grocery aisle did not make it to the ‘nutritional’ aisles for a reason!
