A machine is not going to run properly without the right parts. Whether you need your car to run properly, your lawn mower to cut grass properly or your air conditioner to properly cool your home, there is nothing your machine won’t be able to do if it is built correctly.

What happens when your machines are not built correctly? In some cases, nuts or bolts come come loose or start to grind against each other. If a fan stops rotating because there is too much dust getting into an air conditioning unit, the unit is going to stop working at peak efficiently.

If you are adding attachments to a machine, it is critical that you add them correctly. If you put on mower attachments incorrectly, you could cause that part to jam or not work properly. When you do put an attachment on to a machine, you should make sure that it is properly lubricated. This means checking the owners manual to ensure that you don’t need to add oil or some other lubricant to keep it running like it should.

A broken machine or piece of equipment can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to repair. Therefore, always read the owners manual before putting a machine together or adding attachments to it.

  1. I think this is really smart. Some people would rather just get a new mower, but I'd love to save the money and use it toward something else if you can fix something first!
