What do you serve for those eat and run dinners on sports practice or game nights? My son started swimming and we have the 5:30PM swim times. My husband is not quite home yet and the Teenager is sometimes at work. So we have fend nights those nights. I make a healthy meal for my youngest & I early so we can leave and my Husband and older son fend when they get home.
