My birthday was on March 9 and I ordered myself an exercise bike so I can stop making excuses about running in the rain. You can purchase a 1 week, 2 week, 4 week or samplers supply of the products. I LOVE using the shake mixes as coffee creamer. I love my cup of coffee in the morning and a true weight loss plan will never tell you to give up your coffee. I don’t believe that is even necessary, but I do use creamers and those should not be included into a weigh loss or stay-healthy regimen. I picked up a bottle one day, noticed the flavor was in powder form and dumped one in my coffee. Delicious! I get my morning protein with my coffee, without the sugary creamer and I have killed 2 birds with 1 stone. I am not left feeling hungry. OurSkinny understands that we are on-the-go. We simply do not have time for complicated, timed weight loss programs that require measuring and keeping track of meal patterns and times. Setting alarms for the next meal, etc… I pour a shake in my coffee as explained above (you can also add to smoothies or simply add water and shake inside the container it comes in), about 2 hours later or after dressed and boys off to school I have some toast & PB or a bowl of healthy cereal. I eat a small nutritious lunch, have an OurSkinny Bar for mid afternoon snack, eat a small nutritious dinner and have another bar or some hot cocoa for dessert. I am not obese or overweight, just need to tone. So I started this program as if I hit my ideal weight. You can simply eat the bars and use the shakes for all of your consumption needs but dinner and it is that easy if you are starting off needing to loose weight.
