This is a post for Visionworks. I was compensated, however all opinions are 100% my own
Did you know that 1 out of every 4 children suffer from uncorrected vision problems? Heading off to school without proper vision aids if needed will put that child at a disadvantage. They may not want to speak up when they cannot see to the front of the class. When they are disengaged like that, they tend to become bored a bit easier and may not hold their attention. What may be a child who is ‘inattentive’ may very easily just be a child who cannot focus or see well. There are no real through eye exams done on a small child unless they show symptoms to an adult or health care professional or unless you get them an annual thorough exam. If a child has been labeled as misbehaved and never had a proper eye exam, to them the way they see is normal so they may not speak up. Starting the school year off with a thorough eye exam at all ages if they have not had one recently is so important and Visionworks has all you need to get your children stocked up for the school year for their eye wear needs.
August is National Children’s Vision month. It is a great time of year for that reminder to have their annual eye exam done before the school season starts. Visionworks has so many fun designs for kids. I had visited their store in Spokane, Wa. and was so jealous at the designs they have for kids. When I was younger, we did not have these fun choices. It was busy in this store and you can tell as families were there that the back to school rush is on. Don’t let uncorrected vision problems effect their sports and academics. A simple eye exam can put that worry behind you. See some fun styles they have for the kids at Visionworks….
Visonworks BOGO Sale
Right now at participating Visonworks stores, for the price of one complete eye wear set including lenses to specified Rx and any coatings, you get a second pair free! Don’t need 2 pairs of glasses! Share the free set with a family member or a friend! This is a great way to get together with someone else in need of new eye wear and split the cost of only one pair while the both of you enjoy new designer glasses! Of all the vision centers I have known, I have never seen one allow you to choose another individual to have a second pair made for free! What a great sale! The typical cost will be about $179 total for both pairs as I was told in store. The only issue will be choosing just one pair for yourself! The designs are amazing and some I have not seen as well made anywhere else. I love the Nike line and Bebe lines.
If the designer choices are not enough, they have all the accessories you need at great prices! I picked up glass wipes at under $5 a box and decorative contact lens cases with mirrors for under $5 as well. The cases for adults and kids are adorable and only run about $8-$10! If you are too late and already have your eye exams done, stop in for the accessories you need. I grabbed some up for stocking stuffers!
