This summer was a summer of weddings and some fun parties. The trend I saw and that always was a hit was having a candy buffet. My sister did it for her wedding in July and I saw it at a Bridal shower and even did one at my son’s party as well as seeing one at a Halloween party we were at. Some of the cutest photos I have are the kids at the candy bar and they make great party favors! Not only is a candy buffet relatively inexpensive and can also take the place of buying party favors, it makes a great decoration to the setting. All you need is some candy globes such as the ones at All Candy Containers and some ribbon to decorate them to add character. Add some fun cut outs and signs you can make yourselves and add candy of choice. We have used the bins that most grocery stores have to buy in bulk cheap and you can even save time and get your candy at All Candy Containers in the same order as your bins or dishes!
Do you have an event or party where you can get creative with a candy buffet? They are a hit! Find some little bags and tie offs at a craft store so the guests can scoop candy to go!
