Making a Fiber One #StreuselHack
Parenting Healthy is playing with food! Eating healthy sometimes feels like a chore and at times, you have to take the low calorie snacks and dress them up a bit. Perhaps, it adds a tad more calories, but it can still be a healthy snack with ingredients that give you the benefits your body deserves. I took a blueberry Fiber One streusel and hacked it! Just a dollop of Blueberry Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of trail mix and I have a healthy, energy-rich snack.
These Fiber One Streusel Bars have real fruit, 12 grams of whole grain, 5 grams of fiber and are only 150 calories. With the #StreuselHack I created, I still come under 200 calories!
