Do your kids like to help in the kitchen? GuideCraft’s Kitchen Helper is a must-have kitchen stool

I was recently asked to review the GuideKraft Kitchen Helper and I chose the black one below. My son is 5 and loves to help in the kitchen. I also have a brother who is a Chef and his 2 boys also LOVE to help out! I am going to proudly donate my kitchen helper to my nephew’s for Christmas because he spends so much more time in the kitchen than I do and having the boys help him is one of their favorite family activities. As soon as it arrived, I almost changed my mind! This is such a great product. We just moved and our new kitchen is very small and that was the only other reason I thought of gifting this to them, but then I saw how slim it folds up and can store away so easily! My son was sliding this all over the kitchen…he even can reach his cups now! It took even him no time at all to know how to fold and unfold it and lock it in place himself. Assembly was very minimal. Just attaching feet and adjusting height because it arrived on the highest setting. My nephew is much smaller and it is simple to adjust down for him when they get this. Besides how slim it folds up, my favorite feature is the chalkboard. We had fun writing all sorts of notes on it!

  1. What a neat idea! My daughter always wants to help in the kitchen and we don't have a very safe way to do so at the moment. Thanks for the review!

  2. My daughter loves helping in the kitchen. She uses my little step stool. (I'm super short!) She helps wash dishes and put away the clean dishes from the dishwasher. And she is only 21 months old!

  3. This is awesome! My son is always asking to help in the kitchen but I am always worried he is going to get burnt and fall off of the chair! Thanks for sharing!
