Leaking urine is not just reserved for the elderly or bladder disorders. It is not uncommon for highly active women to experience this in a workout or run. The solution for urine leaks are bulky pads and undergarments…until now! JustGoGirl has created protection thinner than a heavy menstrual pad made for the active woman who appreciates staying discreet. It is known that 1 out of 3 women on average experience this so you can imagine all they go through to avoid a jump rope workout or a high energized Zumba class. The leaks that occur with high activity is referred to as ‘Athletic Leaks’.

Who is most at risk for athletic leaks? Anyone! Teens, new Moms and even popular athletes deal with athletic leaks. JustGoGirl athletic leak protection pads are designed to hold urine (no menstrual leaks)-there is a difference! The most protection is needed up front with minimal protection needs in the back so there is no need for a bulky coverage area. Just a super-absorbent pad in the right area is where protection is needed. The photo below shows you the shape of these pads designed to hide the fact you are wearing this protection under your slim workout clothing.

  1. This sounds like an amazing product! I have had many conversations with new moms about leakage and how it becomes a normal part of life after you have children; especially when you're working out or moving around a lot. I ordered the free sample and can't wait to try them out. Thanks for sharing 🙂

  2. I don't have any problems with leakage yet, but maybe after having more kids, I will. It's good to know there are products out there that will be discreet and absorbent.
