This is a promotional post for Vionic Shoes’ #SoleStory campaign. I was sent product. Opinions are my own
I am one of the 75% of adults living with foot pain. I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for years and as an athletic child and teen growing up and now an adult who likes to run and am still active, I have had to slow down at times because of foot pain. My husband and I love to visit Las Vegas about twice a year as a getaway and I have to be cautious of the footwear I choose to pack because I will suffer bad if I wear the wrong shoes on a long day walking the strip. There is nothing more frustrating then getting into a good running routine or waking up to another vacation day on the strip only to feel that pain in my heel when I take those first morning steps after having overdone it the day prior! I have had to skip more than 1 day of running or the gym due to the pain. I take Advil and soak my feet, but nothing does better than wearing a shoe made for foot pain such as my Vionic sandals.
I have the Vionic Floriana Toe Post Sandal and besides the comfort heel I love that I can still wear a stylish shoe-a sandal even- and get the heel protection my foot needs. I rely on a soul that provides the best support and not just for my heels, but for my toes to my back, a good shoe is the best support for that entire half of my body.
